- The delivery times vary per country. This depends mostly on the time it takes for customs and the local post carrier to deliver you package.
- The delivery from our manufacturer may take 1-3 business days to dispatch.
- Questions? We have real people at our customer care in place to answer all your questions.
- Our deliveries are handled by our third-party companies, this means they might ship the products one or two days later than we plan. It also means that we can’t guarantee that the products are being delivered on the day we plan.

If your item is in stock, please allow 2-4 business days to process your order once payment is received and cleared. Please note during high volume sale periods or new range releases there may be minor delays – we appreciate your patience during this time! Once shipped, you will be emailed with tracking information to follow your order to its destination. Please note there is no dispatch on weekends or public holidays.
The carrier that will deliver your package, will depend on your local post carrier in your Country. A few of the carriers are the following:
HOODIE.amsterdam accepts returns on all products for any reason. Just as long as item & packaging is returned in perfect condition. If you want to know more about our return policy, please check our page “Returns” or just contact email@example.com. We will handle your return after contacting.
TAXES & DUTIES
Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties and fees. All orders are shipped DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid” from Asia, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your estimated charge may be. In order to collect your package, additional charges must be paid to clear customs. As we ship to over 50 countries, some may require additional fees paid COD (Collect On Delivery). In this case the fees are paid to the local carrier. HOODIE.amsterdam does not collect fees and has no control over what local governments charge.
OWNERSHIP AND RISK
To ensure fast dispatch times, once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and HOODIE.amsterdam will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Once shipped, HOODIE.amsterdam does not take responsibility of loss or damaged items during transit. In the unlikely event your order is not received within the expected delivery time frame.
OUR HOODIE.amsterdam REFUND POLICY

We offer this:
If you have purchased anything on HOODIE.amsterdam, but didn’t :
- Receive the right products or sizing, or
- Receive your products within the guaranteed delivery time (60 days), you get a full refund from us.
- Paid with Paypal? Check our “Returns” page.
However we cant give you full refund under the following circumstances:
- Your HOODIE.amsterdam order didn’t arrive due to factors within your control (for example you provide us with the wrong shipping address. Duh.)
- Your HOODIE.amsterdam order didn’t arrive due to one or other circumstances outside the control of HOODIE.amsterdam (for example: not cleared by customs, a tornado or other natural disasters).
- Your order has been placed at a discount or within a sale. In this case you can still swap your order amount for other products.
Want to Refund your order?
Returns/Refunds or exchange items are accepted up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order. Just sent the product back in its original condition and without the previously used postage labels. Please also put a note with your order number and name in it!
